Our Contemporary classes blend classical technique with expressive, grounded movement. Rooted in ballet foundations, dancers will explore fluid transitions, weight shifts, and dynamic contrasts while learning how to move with intention and emotion.

Classes focus on helping dancers:

Shift their center of gravity
Connect movement to musicality and storytelling
Embrace a variety of fusion styles within contemporary dance
Build confidence in improvisation and self-expression
Dress Code:

Females: Leggings or joggers, a t-shirt that covers the shoulders, socks, and hair pulled back securely
Males: Joggers or dance pants, a t-shirt that covers the shoulders, socks, and hair pulled back out of the face
These classes are perfect for dancers ready to challenge themselves artistically while refining their technique in a supportive and creative environment.
