Strength/Stretch and Tech Progressions –
Designed to help dancers build a strong technical foundation, our Technique Progressions classes focus on developing proper form, alignment, and control through turns, jumps, leaps, extensions, and more. In addition to dance-specific drills, dancers will incorporate targeted strength and stretch work to improve flexibility, stability, endurance, and injury prevention.
These classes combine dynamic conditioning and focused flexibility training with technical progressions, allowing dancers to gain power, control, and precision—all while pushing their individual limits in a supportive and challenging training environment.

Dress Code:
All Dancers: Form-fitting attire such as leggings or dance pants and a tight tank top or leotard. Hair must be securely pulled back and out of the face for safety and focus.
