Take your training to the next level with our high-energy Poms Prep classes! Designed for dancers preparing to audition for High School or Collegiate Poms teams, these classes focus on mastering sharp, clean, and precise pom motions while integrating stylized elements of jazz and hip hop.

Each class offers challenging choreography, drills to improve arm placement and stamina, and techniques to help dancers stand out in auditions and performances. Dancers will also build strength, endurance, and showmanship—all in a focused, supportive environment.

Dress Code:

Females: Form-fitting dance attire (leggings, bike shorts, tank tops, tees), hair securely pulled back
Males: Joggers or dance pants, fitted t-shirt or tank, hair neatly pulled back
Perfect for dancers looking to build confidence and technique for team tryouts—and make a bold impression on and off the floor!
